Preparing your image

Before you continue with your document, you may want to make sure that the image is the way you want to have it:

If you have loaded your image from a file, and you are not happy with the changes made to your image, you can reload your original image by selecting Reload image from the Image menu. If your image was cropped, and you have gathered data or defined axes, reloading the image will automatically reset your (axes) data.

If you are happy with the image after you cropped or filtered it, you can save your image to an image file (*.BMP, *.TIF, *.JPG, *.GIF, *.PNG, ...), by selecting Save Image As from the File menu. Or you can copy your image to the clipboard by selecting Copy Image from the Edit menu.
